Published the paper The Map Fitting Tool Methodology: Gas Turbine Compressor Off-Design Performance Modeling

This paper describes the structure and the implementation of an extended parametric representation of compressor characteristics for a modern object oriented gas turbine performance simulation software (PROOSIS).
