The PROOSIS team will be attending the ASME TURBO EXPO 2014 in Düsseldorf, Germany from 16 to 20 June.
The PROOSIS team will occupy stand 1005 of the trade fair exhibition area, where we will present the latest version of PROOSIS/TURBO. PROOSIS/TURBO can be used simulate any kind of gas turbine system, including new configurations such as open rotor and counter rotating or geared turbofans, and not only for Design and Off-Design analysis (steady and transient), but also for advance capabilities such as Multipoint Design, Optimization and model exportation and reuse from other tools (Ms Excel, Matlab, Deck, OPC…).
As PROOSIS is more than just an engine performance tool, it also provides the user with an aircraft simulation platform for joint study of GTE and their related systems (ECS, Fuel, Electrical, Organic Rankine cycles, etc). What’s more, it can also be used to simulate advanced power plants such as oxy-combustion and solar power plants. These simulations will also be demonstrated at the Conference.
