Example: Gas transfer system

This example represents a flow of hydrogen through a system with significant frictional pressure losses and vessel heat transfer.

Example: Hydraulic actuator

In this example, some FLUIDAPRO components are arranged to simulate the behaviour of an actuator commanded by a signal applied to a 4-way valve.

Example: Vacuum network

This example shows most of the FLUIDAPRO capabilities and the use of several different components. It contains two tanks, a pressure regulator, a vacuum pump, some pneumatic valves, calibrated orifices, etc. The aim of the simulation is to control the pressure level in the tanks by switching the valves.

Example: Water-hammer in a liquid line

This example shows the FLUIDAPRO library capabilities concerning water-hammer analysis in a pipe line using a real properties fluid (two phase flow). The pipe is simulated by the "Pipe" component, which takes into account inertia forces, pressure losses, and phase changes.
