Main hardware and software requirements
In order to use EcosimPro you will need:
- Microsoft Windows NT 4.0, 2000 or XP
- 150 MB of free disk space and 64 RAM
EcosimPro can be used with the following C++ compilers:
- Microsoft Visual Studio 6.0
- Microsoft Visual Studio .NET 2003
If you do not have either of these compilers, the following can be downloaded free from Microsoft:
- Microsoft .NET Framework Version 1.1 Redistributable Package
- Microsoft .NET Framework Software Development Kit Version 1.1
- Microsoft Visual C++ Toolkit 2003
NOTE: Please follow the instructions in the Installation and Getting Started manual and check that the environment variables of the C++ compiler are OK (for instance, open a command window and type the command "cl" to detect whether the compiler is visible).
